退貨退款政策

富德利貿易公司（Friedrich Trading Limited，以下簡稱“我們”或“本公司”）致力於提供優質服務。請仔細閱讀以下條款，確保您理解退貨與退款規則。
一、退貨條件
- 受理期限
- 商品需在簽收後 7天（含節假日） 內申請退貨，逾期恕不處理。
- 商品狀態要求
- 必須 未經使用、未拆封，且保持商品、包裝、標籤、配件、說明書、贈品完整無損。
- 不接受以下商品退貨：
- 已開封的Airsoft玩具（含BB彈、氣罐等耗材）。
- 尼龍服裝若已拆除吊牌、洗滌或穿著。
- 特價/折扣商品（頁面明確標注“不可退換”）。
- 定制化商品（如印有客戶指定圖案的服裝）。
- 個人衛生用品或易燃物品（如部分玩具配件）。
- 含鋰電池的電子設備
- 必需憑證
- 全程開箱錄影：從外包裝未拆封狀態開始拍攝，清晰展示商品明細、破損情況（如有）、物流面單、外包裝完整性、商品序號，視頻不得剪輯或加速。
- 訂單編號、付款憑證及問題描述。
二、退貨流程
- 申請步驟
- 聯繫客服：通過 info@fredtac.com 或網站線上聊天提交退貨申請，附上開箱視頻及問題說明。
- 審核結果：我們將在 10個工作日內 郵件通知是否受理。
- 退回商品
- 地址：香港北角電氣道183號友邦廣場（富德利貿易公司收）。
- 運費責任：
- 非品質問題：買家承擔退回運費, 且需預付關稅保證金（建議使用可追蹤服務，超過500港元的商品推薦購買運輸保險）。
- 品質問題：我們承擔運費（需提供物流費用憑證）。運費補償以首重標準費率為上限（超重部分買家承擔）
- 退款處理
- 確認退貨商品無誤後，退款將在 7-15個工作日 內原路退回。
- 注：
- 原訂單運費不予退還（因物流服務已完成）。
- 外幣支付訂單的退款金額以實際匯率結算，匯率波動導致的差額由客戶承擔。
三、拒絕退貨的情況
以下情形恕不接受退貨：
- 超過7天退貨期限。
- 商品因客戶使用、保管不當導致損壞（如Airsoft玩具撞擊痕跡、服裝污漬）。
- 人為損壞：如Airsoft玩具的撞痕、電子設備進水
- 未提供完整開箱視頻或憑證缺失。
- 因客戶測量誤差導致的尺寸問題（服裝類）。
- 網站描述與實物存在合理差異（如顯示器色差）。
- 跨國退貨未附海關申報單（導致清關失敗）
- 退回商品與訂單不符（序號校驗失敗）
四、訂單取消政策
- 未發貨訂單
- 可免費取消，但若因客戶原因多次取消，我們保留收取 2%平臺手續費（最低15港幣）的權利。
- 已發貨訂單
- 非品質問題取消需扣除 20%手續費+實際物流成本。
- 缺貨處理
- 若商品缺貨，我們將全額退款並額外補償 5%代金券（有效期60天）。
五、特別說明
- 風險提示
- 退貨過程中商品丟失、損壞或清關失敗的風險由客戶承擔。
- 跨境訂單若因客戶拒付關稅導致退貨，我們將收取 雙程運費及20%倉儲費。
- 最終解釋權
- 富德利貿易公司保留對爭議條款的最終決定權。
- 跨境退貨責任
- 若因客戶未如實申報商品類別（如將”氣槍”申報為”玩具”）導致海關罰沒，不退款且追償法律責任
- 防欺詐條款
- 同一客戶30天內退貨超過3次，自動列入風控名單，需視頻驗貨
- 最終解釋權
- 明確香港法律管轄，爭議提交香港國際仲裁中心

Friedrich Trading Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to quality service. Please read these terms carefully to understand our return and refund rules.
1. Return Conditions
1.1 Time Limit
○ Returns must be requested within 7 days (including holidays) after delivery. Late requests will be rejected.
1.2 Product Condition
○ Items must be unused, unopened, with original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and gifts intact.
○ Non-Returnable Items:
✓ Opened Airsoft products (e.g., BB pellets, gas canisters)
✓ Nylon garments with removed tags, washed, or worn
✓ Clearance/discounted items marked “Final Sale”
✓ Customized products (e.g., apparel with personalized prints)
✓ Personal hygiene items or flammable accessories
✓ Electronics containing lithium batteries
1.3 Required Proof
○ Full unboxing video: Recording from unopened outer package, clearly showing product details, damage (if any), shipping label, package integrity, and serial number (no editing/acceleration).
○ Order number, payment receipt, and issue description.
2. Return Process
2.1 Request Steps
○ Contact support via info@fredtac.com or live chat to submit a return request with video and description.
○ We will notify approval status by email within 10 business days.
2.2 Return Shipping

○ Shipping Costs:
✓ Non-defective items: Buyer pays return shipping + prepaid tariff deposit (tracked service required; insurance recommended for items >HKD 500).
✓ Defective items: We cover shipping (provide invoice), reimbursed up to standard base rate (excess weight costs borne by buyer).
2.3 Refund Processing
○ Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-15 business days after verifying returned items.
○ Notes:
✓ Original shipping fees are non-refundable (service completed).
✓ Refunds for foreign currency orders use actual exchange rate at processing time; fluctuations are customer’s responsibility.
3. Refused Returns
• Exceeded 7-day return window
• Damage from misuse or improper storage (e.g., Airsoft impact marks, stains, water damage)
• Missing unboxing video/proof
• Size issues due to customer measurement errors (apparel)
• Reasonable discrepancies in product descriptions (e.g., screen color variance)
• Cross-border returns without customs declaration (causing clearance failure)
• Returned item mismatch (serial number verification failed)
4. Order Cancellation
4.1 Unshipped Orders
○ Free cancellation, but we reserve the right to charge a 2% platform fee (min. HKD 15) for frequent cancellations.
4.2 Shipped Orders
○ Non-defective cancellations incur 20% fee + actual logistics costs.
4.3 Out-of-Stock Items
○ Full refund + 5% voucher (valid 60 days) issued.
5. Special Provisions
5.1 Risk Notice
○ Customers bear risks of loss, damage, or customs failure during return shipping.
○ Cross-border returns due to unpaid tariffs will incur double shipping fees + 20% storage charge.
5.2 Customs Compliance
○ CAUTION: False customs declarations (e.g., labeling “airsoft guns” as “toys”) leading to seizure will void refunds and incur legal liability.
5.3 Anti-Fraud Measure
○ Accounts with >3 returns within 30 days trigger risk control, requiring video inspection for future returns.
5.4 Governing Law
